SonRise & The Liturgical Year Calendar

At SonRise Christian Fellowship Fallbrook, we joyfully follow the rhythms of the Liturgical Year, using the seasons of the Church calendar to deepen our spiritual walk and draw closer to Christ throughout 2025. From the reflective season of Lent to the celebration of Easter, and from the anticipation of Advent to the joy of Christmas, we journey through the life of Jesus together—pausing in each season to worship, remember, and grow. These sacred rhythms help anchor our faith in God’s story, reminding us that we are part of something eternal, beautiful, and redemptive.

Each season brings special worship services, scripture readings, and opportunities for spiritual formation. Whether it’s lighting the Advent candles, participating in an Ash Wednesday service, or celebrating Pentecost, our observance of the Liturgical Year invites the entire church family—young and old—into a deeper experience of God’s grace and presence. At SonRise, the Church calendar isn’t just tradition—it’s a living, breathing way we live out our faith with intentionality, awe, and joyful expectation.
